The Fish Processing Centre was set up in April 2005 with a mission to promote premium local fishery produce through establishing a local premium brand. The centre developes different premium and safe processed fishery products including dried seafood and salted fresh fish, as well as provides processed fish and other seafoods to homes for the elderly, restaurants and supermarkets. The organizations which are currently using our fish processing services include: Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Tai Hing Roast Restaurant Group, Tsui Wah Restaurant, Seiyu (Shatin) Department Store and Neway Karaoke Box, e.t.c., and the most famous processed product is local natural sun-dried shrimp. |
