Students from the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (Cuisine Operations & Training) visited Aberdeen Wholesale Fish Market of Fish Marketing Organization (FMO) with the purpose to understand the daily operations of the wholsale fish market and the seafood marketing situation of the live fish traders.
